Can I submit content to be considered for the magazine?
If you have a product that you would like to be featured in one of our magazines or if you would like to submit a work of art/writing to be considered for inclusion in the magazine, please send an email to contact [at] snowbrightstudio.com with details about your submission.
All submissions will be reviewed by our editorial team for inclusion in the magazine. Please note that Snowbright Studio independently reviews the quality of submitted work and does not accept or respond to paid or sponsored ad inquiries.
Writing submissions should be standalone stories and approximately 3,000 words in length. Art galleries should not include nudity or extreme content. Snowbright has a strict no AI policy and will not accept any work created wholly or in part by generative AI.
If your content is selected, a member from our staff will follow up with additional details. Writers and artists who have works selected for publication will receive compensation and credit for their included work. Writers and artists may also be invited to act as special guests at Snowbright events and fan conventions that Snowbright exhibits at.
While we endeavor to respond promptly to submissions, due to the volume of submissions, you may not receive a response from our team.
What is your game/book return policy?
Unfortunately, Snowbright cannot accept returns on products once they have been shipped, however we can typically provide a replacement for documented, damaged products.
When will my magazine subscription arrive?
Due to our production processes, there may be a delay when you start or end your magazine subscription. New subscribers must subscribe by the 20th of each month in order to receive the next month’s magazine. Subscribers who subscribe between the 21st and 31st of a month will receive the issue for the month after next as the first month of their subscription.
We aim to have all print issues for each month delivered by the 20th, but the USPS sometimes experiences delays, particularly for our subscribers in Alaska, Hawaii, military bases, and with PO Boxes. We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable mailing addresses.
We do not ship internationally at this time. You must include a US shipping address for delivery.
What is the refund policy on magazine subscriptions?
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to receive any magazines remaining for your current quarterly subscription. If you cancel partway through a quarter, we cannot process refunds for the remaining issues for that quarter.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our games and books to most countries. Shipping rates and estimated delivery are shown at checkout.
However, we do not currently offer print subscriptions of our magazines to individuals with international address. (US military base addresses are OK!)
Please be aware that international shipments may incur additional duties and taxes upon arrival.
What do I do if my game/book is damaged?
Games are typically shipped from our warehouse in Georgia (US). If your product is damaged during transit, please send photos and details to us at contact [at] snowbrightstudio.com.

You can cancel your subscription online any time by following the instructions in your confirmation email or by contacting us at contact [at] snowbrightstudio.com.
